Jesse Danielle Gass is a public health professional with expertise in suicide prevention and mental health promotion, as well as a strong background in communication and project management. As a senior writer/editor at EDC’s Suicide Prevention Resource Center, she leads a variety of strategic communication efforts to engage diverse audiences.

With 15 years of experience in public health, Gass brings skills in research design and evaluation, product development, social media and content marketing, and the development and application of editorial style. She has been a coauthor of conference presentations and a lead author of peer-reviewed publications.

Gass holds a BA in English Literature from McGill University and an MPH from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, where she specialized in global mental health.
