As a research assistant for EDC’s International Development Division (IDD), Neena Aggarwal supports a range of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities for EDC’s international field offices. She coordinates data collection among departments, home and field office staff, and external partners. Notably, she manages the IDD study on the effects of COVID-19 on project beneficiaries, which includes 7,500 participants across seven projects.

Aggarwal is proficient in data analysis and survey programming software, including SPSS, KoBoToolbox, and SurveyToGo. In addition, she leads the IDD Knowledge Management Team and has improved organizational efficiency by increasing uptake and standardization of systems and processes.

Aggarwal has a BS in Global Health from Georgetown University as well as research and technical experience in mental health, both domestically and internationally.
