Neena Aggarwal, a research assistant in EDC’s International Development Division (IDD), is responsible for the home office’s monitoring and evaluation (M&E) support to youth projects in Rwanda (HDAK) and Indonesia (AWARE3) and a global book supply chain initiative (GBAIA). Her background includes research and technical experience in mental health, domestically and internationally.
In 2020, Aggarwal managed a study on the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on participants of seven projects to inform COVID-related programmatic adjustments. She has expertise in quantitative and qualitative methodologies, including outcomes harvesting and most significant change approaches; data analysis; electronic data collection tool programming; and PowerBI dashboards. She is also IDD’s lead SharePoint administrator and has increased and standardized its usage.
Aggarwal has a BS in Global Health from Georgetown University.
