Sheila Rodriguez has extensive technical assistance (TA) expertise working with state education agencies, districts, and schools. She has conducted evaluations and evaluation trainings focused on after-school programming. Rodriguez works with REL Northeast & Islands at EDC, where she leads an English learner research alliance and provides TA to state education personnel and other stakeholder groups.

Rodriguez co-authored the Continuous Improvement in Education toolkit, which guides implementation of the continuous improvement (CI) process. She provides coaching sessions using the CI process for K–12 educators and is experienced working with stakeholder groups and facilitating meetings and trainings.

Rodriguez earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education Studies from Brown University and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Argosy University–Schaumburg. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
