Eric Marshall
Eric Marshall, a highly experienced researcher and communications specialist, advances EDC’s external and internal communications strategies. Drawing on his expertise in using digital analytics to guide continuous improvement, he maintains and refines engaging and effective digital environments. He brings advanced skills in content management systems, analytics tools, customer relationship management systems, website management, and social media management.
Marshall manages, implements, and contributes to EDC strategic communications initiatives. He is a member of EDC’s Central Communications team, serves as EDC’s social media manager, and manages the EDC.org corporate website. He co-leads an initiative to upgrade EDC’s literature management systems, and plays a key role in working to strengthen organization-wide knowledge management systems. He is the co-manager of EDC’s employee intranet.
For over 20 years, Marshal has advanced special projects for EDC’s Office of the President. This has included collaborating on initiatives focused on intellectual property, organizational rebranding, website redesign and redevelopment, and production of new resources to support staff.
Marshall holds a BA in Literature from Brown University and attained PMD Pro Certification from APMG International.
