Ami Raymond
Ami Raymond, Manager of Strategic Initiatives within the Office of the President, brings extensive expertise in project management, impact tracking, enterprise software, enterprise content management, and strategic internal communications. She specializes in efficiently executing complex planning and management processes focused on improving operations.
Across EDC, Ami works with teams to translate their needs and existing processes into clear requirements, and to design, procure, support development and implement effective solutions. As a technology associate and product owner, she has successfully led multiple enterprise initiatives including EDC’s intranet, CRM, internal forms portal, performance evaluation system, and literature management system.
Currently, Ami is advancing initiatives focused on tracking impact and strengthening multiple internal systems to achieve long-term goals. She works closely with leadership to identify opportunities to minimize redundancy, increase collaboration, and communicate proactively across the organization. Ami also plays a key role in employee experience, including designing and managing engagement events and supporting change management. Drawing on her technology, management, and communications skills, she supports major transitions between systems, such as conference room scheduling and cloud storage systems. She began her career at EDC as an event manager and technology specialist.
Ami holds a BA in Global Studies with Minors in Spanish, Health, and Management from Lesley University, has a Web Developer Certificate from Mass Bay Community College, and is a Product Owner certified through the Scrum Alliance.
