Sarah MacGillivray, an experienced project manager and technical assistance (TA) provider, designs and leads efficient workflow processes, develops and guides the implementation of dissemination plans, and manages project communications. She brings extensive expertise in strategic communications, instructional design of events, and the management of large, complex national TA centers and initiatives.
Sarah is the project director of EDC’s Integrating AI Literacy Into Community College Programs initiative. She also advances the goals of TA, research, and knowledge mobilization initiatives, including the STEM Learning and Research Center and an initiative focused on powering regional education and workforce development for new economies. She has a special focus on work that seeks to ensure that youth are future-ready.
Sarah is certified in the DACUM process for job/occupational analysis, an approach to analyzing jobs and occupations used worldwide for more than 40 years and contributes to projects that use the DACUM process.
Sarah holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts-Boston. She received a PMD Pro Certification as a project manager from APMG International.
