Madelyn Johnson, EDC project coordinator, specializes in project organization, instructional design, and educational content writing. She utilizes her experience as a student, educator, and coordinator to create meaningful learning opportunities for students worldwide. She is passionate about helping improve student outcomes, with a focus on STEM education and career readiness.

Maddie contributes her event management, curriculum development, and project coordination expertise to multiple initiatives across EDC’s Program Area. Currently, she is advancing the goals of EDC’s Data Paths initiative and National Dementia Care Collaborative.

Before joining EDC, Maddie held curriculum development, teaching, and customer service positions.

Maddie is completing an MEd in Curriculum and Instruction, with a concentration in STEM, at Pennsylvania State University. She holds a BS in Education Studies from Wilmington University and an AS in General Science from Delaware Technical Community College.
