Neelofar Javaid

Neelofar Javaid, senior adviser for Learning Generation Initiative’s systems delivery transformation, brings over 20 years of experience in education and development, across Pakistan, Ghana, Sierra Leone, and Jordan. With expertise in policy analysis, institutional reforms, and strategic relationship-building, she has driven systemic improvements to enhance learning outcomes for all children.

Previously, Neelofar led impactful projects with organizations such as the Education Commission; UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO); the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA); and multiple government, private sector, civil society, and development partners in various education-related contexts.

Neelofar’s experience reinforces her belief in education’s transformative power. Passionate about strengthening education systems, she focuses on enhancing policy implementation and system resilience and ensuring quality education for every child.

Neelofar holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Studies from the University of Alberta (Canada), with a focus on Leadership and Educational Improvement, and a Master’s in Economics from the University of Peshawar (Pakistan).
