Allen L. Weinberg serves as the Chief Growth and Strategy Officer at Broadridge Financial Solutions.

As part of the Executive Leadership Team, his focus is on executing the company’s strategic priorities, identifying new avenues for growth, and helping to position Broadbridge for long-term success.

Previously, he was a senior partner at McKinsey & Company, where he exhibited deep technical and operational expertise as well as a proven track record of building businesses across financial services.

Allen has extensive financial expertise in capital markets, investment and commercial banking, wealth and asset management, and FinTech, with M&A, product strategy, and complex system integration experience. He has hands-on experience applying genAI and technology solutions to drive enterprise value and operational transformation.

He is recognized for establishing enduring, trust-based C-suite relationships and helping C-suite teams perform at the highest levels. He has the rare ability to transition from strategic insight to defining initiatives, practices, performance metrics, and effective operating rhythms for teams and divisions.

Allen holds board and advisory roles for McKinsey & Company Risk Management, as well as the Robin Hood Foundation, New York Museum of Natural History, Girls Who Code, and NYCFirst.

Allen holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School; a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Oxford University; and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
