Sarah Haueisen, Project Associate II, is experienced in guiding behavioral healthcare improvement in K–12, higher education, and community settings. Sarah bridges clinical and research skills to support individual, community, and systems-level well-being. Drawing on her expertise in a variety of research methodologies, she has led quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods program evaluations; conducted data collection and analysis; and translated findings into actionable insights through strategic research communications.

As a member of EDC’s Zero Suicide Institute team, Sarah supports systems in implementing innovative, evidenced-based suicide prevention and intervention services. She also contributes to the development and maintenance of Zero Suicide Institute program and learning materials.

Prior to joining EDC, Sarah provided clinical psychological services at the University of Colorado Boulder. She also served as a research consultant supporting the implementation and evaluation of SEL programming in K–12 schools in Arizona.

Sarah holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University, an MA in School Counseling from George Washington University, and a BA in Anthropology from New York University.
