Investigating the Power of Personalized Digital Experiences for Children
Personalization shapes nearly every digital experience children have, such as online search results, video recommendations, social media feeds, and educational technologies. This report examines the evidence on how personalization influences the learning, well-being, and development of children ages 9–17. Drawing on research and interviews with 30 experts from 14 countries, the report identifies key opportunities and challenges and offers recommendations for more child-centered policy and design.
