Increasing Access to Care 4 Kids: Recommendations for Connecticut’s CCDF Subsidy Payment Policies
This report presents a summary of findings from interviews conducted with child care providers in Connecticut. The interviews explored providers’ experiences with subsidy payment policies and practices and how these policies and practices influence providers’ participation in the subsidy program and their financial stability.
