Cindy Taylor, PhD, is an EDC senior vice president and the director of EDC’s U.S. Division. She has more than 25 years of experience conducting and overseeing complex research and evaluation of programs and policies affecting children and families.
Prior to joining EDC, Cindy spent almost 20 years at Abt Associates, where she oversaw strategic planning, business development, and project execution for research and evaluation on issues related to income security, food security, welfare, as well as workforce and family/child development. She led efforts to target research and evaluation opportunities, identify emerging trends, form new partnerships with other organizations, and develop positive client relationships. She also worked closely with staff and clients to ensure the successful execution of research projects.
Cindy holds a BA in psychology from Denison University and a PhD in human development and family studies from the Pennsylvania State University.
