Sattiya Langkhapin is an experienced curriculum designer and educator with a passion for promoting quality education and continuous learning opportunities. EDC programs under her leadership combine face-to-face and online learning with project-based virtual internship and collaborative innovation challenges to create truly meaningful experiences for learners and educators.

Sattiya serves as Chief of Party for the Empowerment through Data-driven Green Entrepreneurship (EDGE) and High Touch High Tech for All (HTHT) initiatives. Through these programs, she leads efforts to equip youth and educators with data, digital, and green economy competencies that strengthen workforce resilience and expand opportunities for marginalized communities. Her work emphasizes practical skill-building, systems thinking, and responsible technology integration, including AI-enabled learning approaches.

Her expertise includes leading complex public-private partnerships that drive education system transformation, advance STEM learning, and promote digital literacy at scale. Prior to joining EDC, she held director-level positions at Intel Thailand and at the Institute for the Promotion of Teaching Science and Technology within Thailand’s Ministry of Education.

Sattiya holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Biochemistry from the University of Cambridge.
