CME Project
EDC’s CME Project is a National Science Foundation–funded high school mathematics curriculum. It is wrapped around a familiar course sequence of algebra 1, geometry, algebra 2, and precalculus and meets the dual goals of mathematical rigor and accessibility for all students. CME Project achieves these goals through innovative, research-based instruction; problem-based, student-centered curriculum; engaging lessons that focus on developing students’ habits of mind; and an accessible approach to capturing and engaging students of all ability levels.
