Elder Mistreatment Emergency Department Toolkit: Feasibility Case Study Report

This case study spotlights the University of North Carolina Hillsborough Hospital’s implementation of the Elder Mistreatment Emergency Department Toolkit to identify and respond to elder mistreatment. The authors share factors affecting their implementation of the toolkit, the results of using the toolkit, and lessons learned.
