Fee Collection Practices Among Care 4 Kids Child Care Providers

This one-pager presents the results of a survey of child care providers in Connecticut exploring how providers understand and experience subsidy payment policies related to the state’s Care 4 Kids program. Findings reveal that provider type (center vs. family child care program) affects whether providers consistently collect payments from families.
