Illinois State Board of Education Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program

Since 2013, EDC has conducted annual statewide evaluations of the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) Program. This report presents findings from the evaluation of the 21st CCLC Program grantees who were active during 2018–2019. The report covers program implementation, participant outcomes, and organizational capacity, as well as program challenges and recommendations.
