Key Findings from AWARE 2 Employee Quality Index (EQI) Pilot

Over twelve months in 2018-2019, the Accelerating Work Achievement and Readiness for Employment 2 (AWARE 2) project, funded by J.P. Morgan Chase and implemented by EDC, carried out the development and pilot of the Employee Quality Index (EQI). The EQI is a tool aimed at aligning measures for priority, in-demand skills used by employers with those taught in schools.
