An Hee Foley is an experienced growth leader and EDC’s Director of Products + Services. Drawing on her extensive expertise in translating for-profit business processes and strategies to nonprofit settings, she leads the design, development, and delivery of EDC’s mission-aligned, fee-for-service products and services. As a key member of EDC’s Growth + Partnerships Leadership Team, she helps shape EDC’s business development strategy, analyzes progress in achieving targets, and identifies new opportunities to strengthen education, health, and workforce development systems.

An Hee is the leader of EDC Solutions, EDC’s direct service line of business, which has achieved significant growth in volume and reach since its launch in 2022. She oversees teams of subject matter experts, evaluators, product developers, instructional designers, and technical support specialists in advancing strategic initiatives to commercialize EDC’s existing and emerging products, services, and capabilities. Key focus areas include mental health and wellbeing in schools, safer suicide care and prevention in healthcare, and strengthening behavioral health systems in rural and urban communities nationwide.

Before joining EDC, An Hee was managing director for SRI International’s Center for Technology and Learning, where she led business operations and executed strategies to expand the impact of research in technology-enhanced learning.

An Hee holds an MBA and MPH in Public Health from Boston University and a BA in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
