Andrea Weidele is a training and technical assistance associate for the Center for Early Learning Professionals. In this role, Andrea supports administrators and teachers in the RI Pre-K system to meet high-quality program standards.

Andrea has expertise in high-quality early childhood practices, including early literacy and supporting children with challenging behaviors. Her expertise also includes reflective supervision practices and systems of staff support.

Previously, Andrea was the director and education coordinator for Imagine Preschool, a state-funded Pre-K program in Rhode Island, for more than 10 years.

Andrea holds a PhD in Education from the University of Rhode Island-Rhode Island College, an MS in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College, and a BS in Early Childhood Education from Framingham University.
