Bonnie Lipton is a public health educator, providing subject matter expertise on suicide prevention best practices to campus, state, and community organizations. Her work includes tailored consultation and group training on strategic planning, sustainability, community outreach, evaluation, and data and surveillance.
As a senior prevention specialist, Lipton specializes in working with higher education institutions to implement suicide prevention policies and practices on campus. Prior to joining EDC, Lipton coordinated and evaluated a Garrett Lee Smith suicide prevention grant for Tufts University.
Lipton received her MPH in Health Education and Health Behavior from the University of Michigan and a BA in Women and Gender Studies from Wellesley College.
