Candace M. Kyles, EDC research associate, has extensive experience in educational research, organizational and program evaluation, data collection and analysis, K–12 education, and higher education. Kyles also has expertise in faith-based education. Trained in effective evaluation through the American Evaluation Association, she leads and co-leads rigorous evaluations to guide the continuous improvement of programs.

Kyles advances multiple initiatives across the U.S. Division that focus on improving educational and health outcomes. Before joining EDC, she worked as an instructor and research assistant at Loyola University Chicago’s School of Education.

Kyles holds an EdD in Curriculum & Instruction and a graduate certificate in Organizational Evaluation from Loyola University Chicago. She received an MA in Systematic Theology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a BS in Economics from Northern Illinois University.
