Carla Verbridge, international project associate, is a specialist in higher education, skills development, and workforce readiness. She has extensive experience with project management, data analysis, research, and stakeholder collaboration in education initiatives.

As a project associate in EDC’s International Development Division, Verbridge is deeply committed to ensuring compliance with donor requirements to achieve impactful results in bringing her global perspective into action. Prior to EDC, she worked at Virginia Tech as a project manager in the Vice President’s Office for Research and Innovation and the College of Engineering.

Verbridge holds a PhD in International Public Policy from Osaka University in Japan and a BA in Legal Studies and Public Policy from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru. She is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Japanese.
