Carol Musallam, EDC Project Coordinator, brings a strong background in nonprofit project management and coordination, with expertise in training and webinar development, product development, and digital and communications strategy. She specializes in building organizational capacity, creating learning materials, and producing audience-ready content across print, video, and social media.

For the Massachusetts Center of Excellence on Problem Gambling Prevention, Carol co-leads trainings and maintains a calendar of learning events that build capacity to prevent problem gambling. She drives product development (e.g., briefs, microlearning videos, newsletters, website and social media content); contributed to a website refresh; and supports the logistics of in-person events. In addition, Carol supports the NASA GLOBE Program, providing coordination for the Near East and North Africa region.

Prior to joining EDC, Carol managed social media accounts and contributed to engagement campaigns for projects based in Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, and Mexico.

Carol holds an MS in Global Studies and International Relations from Northeastern University and a BS in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is fluent in English and Arabic.
