Christina Silvi is a child development expert, senior training and technical assistance (T/TA) specialist, and professional development lead for the Center for Early Learning Professionals, a workforce development hub for the birth-to-age-five early learning community in Rhode Island. She brings over 15 years of experience in leading the design and delivery of high-quality early childhood professional learning that aligns with state and national standards. She has expertise in early learning standards; best practices for language and literacy development, early math curriculum, and child assessment; adult learning principles; and effective strategies to create and sustain high-quality early childhood environments.

A T/TA specialist for Rhode Island’s state-funded pre-K program, Silvi provides on-site coaching and TA to program administrators and staff. Drawing on her extensive knowledge of program management and best practice, she helps programs strengthen their services, translate data into improved practice, and build systems for continuous quality improvement to enhance outcomes for children and families.

Silvi holds an MA in Child Development from Tufts University and a BS in Early Childhood Development from the University of Vermont.
