Consie English, a highly skilled and versatile project coordinator, has over 25 years of experience advancing the goals of large technical assistance (TA) centers. She specializes in event and administrative logistics; database management; product management, and the delivery of effective virtual TA, webinars, and online courses.

Consie facilitates high-quality virtual TA, meetings, and webinars for EDC’s Massachusetts Center of Excellence on Problem Gambling Prevention and the Massachusetts Strategic Prevention Framework Rx Drugs projects. Previously, she served as project coordinator for SAMHSA’s Strategic Prevention Technical Assistance Center, the Center for Strategic Prevention Support, and the Zero Suicide Institute-AMSR Project.

In her work on SAMHSA’s Center for the Application of Prevention Technologies, she oversaw the training and TA approval process—approving over 500 services yearly—managed procurements and vendor relationships, provided product management assistance and logistics coordination, travel coordination, and supported strategic dissemination.

Consie holds a Certificate in Information Technology from Clark University and is currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree at Massachusetts Bay Community College.
