Diana Wogan, EDC project director, is an expert in continuous improvement, educational improvement, and policy analysis. An experienced researcher and technical assistance specialist, she contributes to a wide range of EDC initiatives focused on strengthening education systems and promoting student well-being and academic success.

Wogan is a member of EDC’s Massachusetts Multi-Tiered Systems of Support team, and has served on the Knowledge Alliance’s Board of Directors. In all of her work, she seeks to ensure that education policy draws on practitioners’ lessons and research to improve student achievement and well-being.

Wogan is the co-author of Continuous Improvement in Education: A Toolkit for Schools and Districts and has supported educators in understanding and using effective forms of educational assessment.

Prior to joining EDC, Wogan worked for the Boston Public Schools and was the research director for the Joint Committee on Education in the Massachusetts state legislature.

Wogan holds an MA in Political Science from Northeastern University and received a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
