Jennifer Roscoe, senior director of EDC’s Digital Design Group, brings over 30 years of experience as a product development leader, creative adviser, and process and system manager. She oversees the design and production of innovative EDC- and project-branded digital and print resources that help leaders around the world improve education, health, and economic opportunity. Within EDC, she guides the design and development of employee communications materials. She has a strong background in project management, graphic design, brand-alignment, and user experience.

Roscoe leads a team of creative professionals that designs and delivers hundreds of high-quality, engaging, audience-tailored products each year. Her team’s output includes business development and marketing collateral, websites, comprehensive and interactive research reports and briefs, toolkits, mobile apps, curricula and online courses, and EDC-aligned brand identities for projects.

Roscoe is a key contributor to EDC initiatives focused on improving workflow systems, strengthening staff resources, and ensuring compliance. Her recent work includes enhancing employee onboarding, establishing website quality standards, and supporting the launch of a new EDC brand.

Roscoe holds an MBA from Lesley University.
