Jessica Juliuson, an expert in college and career readiness, cultivates strategic partnerships among schools, communities, and industry to enhance outcomes for youth. Drawing on her background in whole school change, she leads innovative initiatives focused on instructional design, professional development, career and technical education, and youth empowerment.

As professional development and networking director for the Amgen Biotech Experience Program Office at EDC, Juliuson leads a global community of practice to support program implementation. She leads EDC’s long-time partnership with Ford Motor Company on Ford Next Generation Learning and co-developed a curriculum to support scaling up effective practices in high school for National Center on Scaling Up Effective Schools.

Juliuson publishes on the topics of teacher development and bridging the worlds of school and work. A former social studies teacher, she is the lead writer for EDC’s Law and Justice program. She is a National School Reform Faculty member and a trained Critical Friends Group coach.

She holds a BA in History from Hamilton College and an MA in Teaching from the University of New Hampshire.
