
Jessica Williams
Jessica (Goldberg) Williams, a certified prevention specialist and highly skilled trainer, designs and delivers impactful learning events, consultation, and coaching support. For over a decade, she has specialized in building capacity to improve health, mental health, and behavioral health. She brings extensive experience in substance misuse prevention, virtual training, and technical assistance.
Williams leads the design and delivery of training and technical assistance (TTA) for the Northeast and Caribbean Prevention Technology Transfer Center. As a member of EDC Solutions’ Prevention Solutions team, she supports state agencies and community-based organizations in addressing behavioral health-related challenges. Her areas of expertise include preventing youth substance use; promoting cross-sector collaborations; and supporting strategic planning, logic model development, and sustainability planning.
Previously, Williams worked for the Center for the Application of Prevention Technologies. Before joining EDC, she was a community health specialist for the Regional Center for Healthy Communities and a consultant for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
Williams holds an MPH and an MSW from Boston University.
