Katie Rose Cuthbert, communications project manager, has over 12 years of experience in project management, communications, and events across the Middle East and North Africa region, specializing in leading high-profile projects for government and international organizations. Her expertise spans strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and experiential marketing.

Cuthbert manages communications and events for the Learning Generation Initiative (LGI), ensuring strategic messaging and engagement across key initiatives. She collaborates with partners to amplify LGI’s impact and drive education transformation. She has extensive experience working with high-level government departments.

Prior to joining EDC, Cuthbert worked with various entities within the government of the UAE on major initiatives, including the Food Security Strategy, Smart Dubai, and Expo 2020.

Cuthbert holds a degree in music from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland.
