Kelsey Klein is an education researcher with expertise in survey and assessment development, data collection procedures, and quantitative data analysis. Her quantitative analysis expertise includes factor analysis, regression modeling, and hierarchical/multilevel regression.

Klein supports the research efforts of two STEM projects at EDC. In New York City, she is conducting research on teacher and student outcomes for the Beauty and Joy of Computing project, as well as studying Advanced Placement Computer Science Principles implementation supports for high-need schools as part of a research-practice partnership. She is also interested in applying her research skills and expertise to other education improvement efforts.

Klein holds a BS in Psychology from Truman State University and is a doctoral candidate in Measurement, Evaluation, Statistics, and Assessment at Boston College.
