Livia Powers, a highly skilled EDC administrative coordinator, has expertise in early childhood education and elementary education, administrative systems and procedures, communications, and technology management. A detail-oriented professional, she brings strong organizational and customer service skills, as well as extensive experience in management, operations, hiring, and training.

Powers advances the goals of the National Center on Health, Behavioral Health, and Safety, assisting with administrative, translation, and technology support. She is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in Portuguese, and she provides support to Spanish- and English-speaking webinar participants. Previously, she worked as a certified early childhood teacher, a Spanish elementary school teacher, and an administrative manager in a nonprofit organization.
