London Losey, EDC Senior Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Associate, brings nearly 20 years of experience supporting early childhood and family health programs through cross-sector collaboration, systems-level problem solving, and data-driven decision-making. She brings extensive expertise in continuous quality improvement, process consultation, active implementation, and emergent learning. Her areas of specialization include workforce development, leadership development, needs assessment, change management, and communities of practice. Her work is grounded in strong commitments to relationship-building, innovation, and impact.

As a key member of EDC’s MIECHV Technical Assistance Resource Center (TARC) team, London supports federal awardees in implementing and scaling evidence-based best practices. Working closely with awardees, she helps address home visiting programs’ unique needs and strengthen their services to improve child and family outcomes.

Before joining EDC, London worked with a woman-owned, minority-led small business for 8.5 years, where she strategically led, managed, and/or contributed to over 15 projects—including MIECHV TARC—that provided TTA and built capacity to deliver high-quality programs and services. Previously, as Health Educator/Training Coordinator for the Minnesota Department of Health, she led the planning and implementation of workforce development opportunities for statewide home visiting staff and their system partners.

London holds an MS in Space Studies from the University of North Dakota and a BS in Biology from the University of Minnesota.
