Neelofar Javaid

Neelofar Javaid, senior adviser for Learning Generation Initiative’s systems delivery transformation, has over 20 years’ experience in education and development across Pakistan, Ghana, Sierra Leone, and Jordan. She specializes in policy analysis, institutional reforms, and strategic relationship-building to enhance children’s learning outcomes.

Previously, Javaid led projects with the Education Commission; UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office; the Canadian International Development Agency; and multiple government, private sector, civil society, and development partners in different contexts.

Javaid’s experience reinforces her belief in education’s transformative power. Passionate about strengthening education systems, she focuses on  policy implementation and system resilience ensuring quality education for every child.

Javaid holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Studies from the University of Alberta, Canada, and a Master’s in Economics from the University of Peshawar, Pakistan.
