Jessica Ehule, EDC project director, is an experienced public health leader with a passion for improving maternal and child health wellness. She holds over a decade of experience in program design and implementation, facilitation, continuous quality improvement, and systems change.

Ehule is the associate director of EDC’s Home Visiting Collaborative Improvement and Innovation Network, which supports Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting awardees and local implementing agencies in dramatically improving services for children and families. Previously, she served as director of programs at CityMatCH, a national maternal and child health organization that serves local health departments and designs programs to improve outcomes, increase workforce capacity, and respond to emerging issues. She has published on improving birth outcomes.

Ehule holds an MS in Public Health from Meharry Medical College and an MS in Chemistry from Tennessee State University. She is trained in several facilitation methods, including Technology of Participation Facilitation Methods.
