Nora van Wassenaer is an experienced quantitative researcher with strong statistical analysis and project management skills. Her research interests include early learning and cognition, educational technology, and STEM education. She has expertise in survey research, survey design, SPSS Statistics, and literature reviews.

Van Wassenaer is advancing the goals of two projects—Young Mathematicians and Data Collection and Analysis—that are developing innovative resources to enhance the mathematics learning environments of preschool children from under-resourced communities.

Before joining EDC, van Wassenaer worked at the Netherlands Institute for Curriculum Development, researching and developing a robotics education curriculum for grade 7 and 8 students.

Van Wassenaer holds an MS in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. She is fluent in Dutch and English.
