Raegan Davenport, associate project director, has expertise in elementary education, instructional coaching, and professional learning design. She has over 15 years of experience as a professional learning facilitator, focusing on ensuring equity in classroom culture and instruction.
Davenport advances the goals of Supporting Readiness through Vital Civic Empowerment, a Department of Defense-sponsored project that engages students in military-connected schools in civic inquiry. She also supports and manages the teacher community of practice for the Amgen Biotech Experience.
Previously, Davenport worked with Ford Next Generation Learning as a problem-based learning instructional coach and was an instructor at the College of Education, Wayne State University.
Davenport holds a BS in Elementary Education, an MA in Educational Leadership, and an MA in Teaching Practice from Western Michigan University.
