Raegan Davenport, EDC associate project director, has expertise in elementary education, instructional coaching, instructional design, and professional learning design. She has over 15 years of experience as a professional learning facilitator. She specializes in designing and cultivating thriving communities of practice that support educators, schools, districts, and organizations in achieving excellence in education and supporting students’ success.

Davenport advances the goals of Supporting Readiness through Vital Civic Empowerment, a Department of Defense-sponsored project that engages students in military-connected schools in civic inquiry. She also supports and manages the teacher community of practice for the Amgen Biotech Experience.

Previously, Davenport worked with Ford Next Generation Learning as a problem-based learning instructional coach and was an instructor at the College of Education, Wayne State University.

Davenport holds an MA in Educational Leadership, an MA in Teaching Practice from Western Michigan University, and a BS in Elementary Education.
