Saida Niftullayeva, a finance manager in EDC’s International Development Division, oversees the financial management processes of USAID and other donor-funded contracts and cooperative agreements. She serves as a liaison with the Accounting Department and the Office of Sponsored Programs to facilitate project budget revisions, troubleshoot issues in field offices, and assist with other financial management processes.

Previously, Niftullayeva worked for various organizations, including DAI, ACDI/VOCA, Deloitte, IRI, and BP. She provided financial support and assisted in reducing business risks and resolving compliance issues.

Niftullayeva holds a BS degree in International Business from American University and is pursuing a Master of Global Management and Politics degree at the University of Luiss Guido Carli. She is fluent in English, Azerbaijani, and Russian and has basic proficiency in French.
