Do brings insights on effective communication, leadership, and community needs to EDC. As a certified peer specialist, she moderates peer support groups focused on mental health and fosters genuine dialogue that inspires meaningful purpose-driven change.
Do has experience in instructional design, adult learning pedagogy, software configuration, and UX design. Before joining EDC, she held management and leadership positions in operations and student development at MIT, Miami University, and Boston University.
She holds a BS from Grand Valley State University and has completed work toward an EdM in Applied Human Development from Boston University.
