Sarah MacGillivray, an experienced project manager and technical assistance (TA) provider, designs and leads efficient workflow processes, develops and guides the implementation of dissemination plans, and manages project communications. She brings extensive expertise in strategic communications, instructional design of events, and the management of large, complex national TA centers and initiatives.
MacGillivray is the project director of EDC’s Integrating AI Literacy Into Community College Programs initiative. She also advances the goals of TA, research, and knowledge mobilization initiatives, including the STEM Learning and Research Center. She has a special focus on work that seeks to ensure that youth are future-ready.
MacGillivray is certified in the DACUM process for job/occupational analysis, an approach to analyzing jobs and occupations used worldwide for more than 40 years and contributes to projects that use the DACUM process.
MacGillivray holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts-Boston. She received a PMD Pro Certification as a project manager from APMG International.
