Scott Pulizzi, an EDC senior international technical advisor, directs the Evidence and Learning Team for the USAID-supported Leading through Learning Global Platform. He brings more than 20 years of experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs in education, workforce development, health, and well-being in more than 40 countries.
Prior to joining EDC, Pulizzi’s work focused on promoting and improving health and education, first as a team leader in the Section of Health and Global Citizenship Education at UNESCO Headquarters and then later as a principal education and health specialist at the American Institutes for Research. Currently, he also teaches theory and practice in public policy and administration as an associate professor at Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
Pulizzi holds a PhD in Development Studies from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.
