EDC Vice President Tom Rielly serves as the director of the Operations Department.
Since joining EDC in 1987, Rielly has led several EDC departments, including the Information Technology Department, the Office of Communications, and the Digital Design Group. He has also overseen various initiatives, including leading the selection of and move to EDC’s two new office locations in Waltham, Massachusetts, and Washington D.C. Further, he helped lead the development of EDC’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee and served as one of the first co-chairs, along with Sarita Pillai.
Prior to joining EDC, Rielly was the executive director of a youth center and then of a Boys and Girls Club in Dorchester, Massachusetts.
Rielly holds a BS in Education from Boston State College and an EdM in administration, planning, and social policy from Harvard University.
