Tom Rielly is an EDC Vice President and the Director of the Operations Department.

Since joining EDC in 1987, Tom has led several EDC departments, including the Information Technology Department, the Office of Communications, and the Digital Design Group. He has also overseen various initiatives, including leading the selection of and move to EDC’s office locations in Waltham, Massachusetts, and New York City.

Prior to joining EDC, Tom was the Executive Director of a youth center and then of a Boys and Girls Club in Dorchester, Massachusetts.

Tom holds an EdM in Administration, Planning, and Social Policy from Harvard University and a BS in Education from Boston State College.
