Courtney Arthur is a versatile and experienced project manager, instructional designer, and product developer. She has expertise in managing complex multisite initiatives and advancing research focused on improving education. Her areas of specialization include communications and outreach, elementary education, educational leadership, coaching, research, data analysis, curriculum development, and professional development. She is committed to improving learning and well-being across the lifespan.
As a member of EDC’s Institute for Home Visiting Workforce Development and Jackie Walorski Center for Evidence-Based Case Management team, Arthur plays a key role in facilitating communications and outreach. Previously, for the Supporting Success in Algebra Study, she facilitated data collection, conducted classroom observations, served as a liaison with over 80 high schools, and established and maintained strong partnerships with district leaders nationwide.
Arthur was an assistant principal and teacher before she joined EDC. She holds an MAT in Elementary Education and an MEd in Curriculum and Instruction from National Louis University, as well as an MEd in Educational Leadership from American College of Education.
