Allison LaMont is an expert in early childhood development, family support, and parenting. She brings extensive experience in home visiting, technical assistance, and reflective practice. A passionate advocate for high-quality early childhood and family services, she supports the effective implementation of programs and initiatives that help children and families reach their full potential.

Allison leads the Institute for Home Visiting Workforce Development and Jackie Walorski Center for Evidence-Based Case Management at EDC. Previously, she led the Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting Innovation Technical Assistance Center, which supported awardees in implementing new strategies to improve services and outcomes for children and families.

Before joining EDC, Allison was the senior director of family-centered services at Delta Gamma Center for Children with Visual Impairments. She also served as director of expansion and implementation support at Parents as Teachers National Center, where she led, developed, and implemented projects providing technical assistance to home visiting programs nationwide.

Allison holds an MSW from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis and has dual BA degrees in Psychology and French. She is a licensed clinical social worker in Missouri.
