A Model for Transforming the Honduran Workforce

This report details the work of EDC’s Proyecto METAS to improve education for employment, learning, and success in Honduras. Specific challenges to program implementation are discussed, as are innovative solutions. The report also presents a work readiness training process delivered by public schools, vocational technical schools, nongovernmental organizations, universities, and businesses to support the project’s activities.
