The Cost-Effectiveness of Providing Early College Opportunities in Rhode Island

The Regional Educational Laboratory Northeast & Islands investigated the effect of participation in Rhode Islands’ three early college programs—dual enrollment, concurrent enrollment, and Advanced Placement—on college enrollment and persistence. In this report, the authors share findings from the study that can be used to inform decisions on expanding access to early college programs.
